Euclid man arrested for armed robberies

LAKE / GEAUGA / CUYAHOGA COUNTIES – Due to the coordinated efforts of Lake County Sheriff’s detectives, the Geauga County Sheriff’s Office, Willoughby Police Department and the Euclid Police Department, a suspect in numerous armed robberies was apprehended at his Euclid home Wednesday, Jan. 29.

LCDU releases special collection schedule

LAKE COUNTY – The schedule for the county’s special collections this year has been released, county Sanitary Engineer Randy Rothlisberger stated at the Jan. 30 Lake County Board of Commissioners meeting.

Dragons stun Warriors in late win

The Lakeside Dragons looked like they were going to run past the Edgewood Warriors once again in a cross town rival. Lakeside led 26-18 after one quarter of action. Brandon Ford helped the Dragons build their eight point lead with 14 points in the first quarter. Sean McKee added six points for Lakeside in the opening quarter.

George Washington reenactor visits Pymatuning Valley Middle School
