Cherry Valley UMC honors Rev. John Germaine for 40 years in ministry

 CHERRY VALLEY – While the Rev. John Germaine was expecting a typical worship service on Sunday, Aug. 18, at Cherry Valley United Methodist Church where he pastors, instead he was surprised to find about 30 members from his current and past churches welcoming him at the door in order to celebrate his 40 years in ministry through different churches.(From Aug. 23 edition).

Pymatuning State Park Jamestown preps for this year’s Spooktackular event

GIS Specialist Caroline Petersen creates new maps for Richmond Township

RICHMOND TOWNSHIP – In hopes of connecting people with their neighbors while identifying parts of the region, Richmond Township trustees and the county auditor’s office will now each have a new map to add to the walls of their buildings thanks to Geographic Informational Systems Specialist Caroline Petersen, who was encouraged by a local member of the community who wishes to remain anonymous to create a new map of Richmond Township this year.(From Aug. 16 edition).

MEET YOUR NEIGHBOR: Bakery on the Square opens to the public for the first time in Andover

ANDOVER – After two years of hard work selling their prior Meadville storefront, while getting their current one at 34 Public Square up and running, Bakery on the Square owners Paul, Viki and their two daughters Amanda and Emily Allin were finally able to unlock their doors for the first time in order to offer a soft opening to the public on Wednesday, July 31, within Andover.
