It’s official.
Once zoned O-1, Open Space, Lakeview Park, the adjoining ball field and the trailer park are now zoned Coastal Business (B-1) following Conneaut City Council’s unanimous passing an ordinance to that effect at its 7 p.m. June 11 meeting.

Chilly, Rainy Ride for MS-150 Cyclists

Calling themselves “the last of the Mohicans,” the two cyclists who brought up the rear at Township Park around 2 p.m. June 10, riders with the MS-150 “Escape To The Lake,” were strangers until pedaling together the second day of the fund-raising ride from Meadville, Pa., after one of the cyclist’s teammates bailed due to rain.
