BCI Drug Testing Backlog Affects Conneaut Law Enforcement

Conneaut Police Chief Michael Colby told Conneaut City Council on March 12 that a six- to seven-month wait for drug testing results from Ohio’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) is affecting drug case prosecutions in the city.
