ORWELL – The Grand Valley 1 baseball team hosted the Conneaut 2 in a recent junior high baseball game on Wednesday, May 29.

CONNEAUT - Summer baseball and softball leagues have begun play. The Conneaut Local Youth Organization, CLYO sponsors several leagues for kids in various age groups.
Thursday the boys junior league, age 13-14, competed. The Conneaut Blue team defeated the Gold, 4-3 in extra innings after a pitcher's battle.
