ANDOVER – While some may think of Halloween as an event for kids only, area residents had the opportunity to get almost as festive on Tuesday, Oct. 31 through their indulgence in treats, games, a costume contest, music, prizes, as well as donated cookies during Andover Community Center’s first ever Halloween party event held in Andover.(From Nov. 3 edition).
