 Christmas came early for Richard and Beth Renn, of Monroe Street in Conneaut, by way of a ruling handed down last week by Ashtabula Common Pleas Court Judge Thomas Harris that halted plans to construct a 6,900-square foot O’Reilly’s Auto Parts store on State Street.
