DENMARK TOWNSHIP – With a financial shortfall requiring the Northeast Ohio Regional Airport to idle for three months before year’s end, the Airport Authority was looking at ways to save money at its July 12th meeting, including revisiting an old lawsuit.

ASHTABULA – Those attending the July 12th Safety Council session learned about the drug epidemic in Ashtabula County and the use of Naloxone, a drug designed to overcome the effects of an opioid overdose, as a last resort by first responders.

ASHTABULA - The Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office and the Ashtabula Police Department are jointly investigating the disappearance of 23-year-old Rand Hilal Al Dulaimi, of Lambros Lane in Ashtabula City.
Officials believe Al Dulaimi disappeared under suspicious circumstances.

Last Tuesday was a hot, sunny day made more enjoyable because our grandchildren came to visit and help around the property. We had one other young man who also came to help, so with four young helpers and two adults, we really did some great extensive cleanup.
