FDA Answers Brown, Blumenthal, Durbin Call To Ban Deadly Powdered Caffeine

Washington, DC April 13, 2018 – U.S. Senators Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), and Dick Durbin (D-IL) today announced that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will finally act to ban the retail sale of pure and highly concentrated bulk caffeine products in both powder and liquid forms.
