Dragons win double over time shoot-out over Red Raiders

The Lakeside Dragons came out on top of an offensive battle in a double overtime win against the Harvey Red Raiders. The two teams would trade touchdowns nearly the entire game as Lakeside won 68-62.
Lakeside tied the game in regulation 56-56 on a six yard touchdown run by AJ Raffa.

Eagles cruise to win over Wolverines

The Geneva Eagles came away with a 42-14 win over the West Geauga Wolverines on Friday, Oct. 4. West Geauga scored the first touchdown of the game, but two touchdowns in the second quarter gave the Eagles all the momentum they would need. Geneva also got the ball back to start the second half and went on to score three more touchdowns.

Spartans improve to 5-1

CONNEAUT- The Conneaut Spartans improved to 5-1 on the year with a win over the visiting Sharpsville Blue Devils. Conneaut defeated Sharpsville 43-7 in a non-conference football game at Joslin Field.

Spartans win homecoming game over Bobcats

The Conneaut Spartans bounced back from a week four loss to defeat the Seneca Bobcats 62-0 in District 10 play. The homecoming game win put Conneaut at 4-1 on the season and 2-0 in the conference. With the loss, Seneca fell to 0-6 on the year and 0-2 in the conference.

Lakers pick up first win of the season

The Pymatuning Valley Lakers football team was able to come away with their first win of the season after a couple of close games early on. The Lakers defeated the Chalker Wildcats 46-7 in Northeastern Athletic Conference play.

Geneva sweeps Grand Valley Invitational

The Geneva Eagles cross country team won the Grand Valley Cross Country Invitational with a team score of 17. Geneva had the first four runners cross the finish line. Jacob Mirabell led the Eagles with a first place finish and a time of 17:39.60.
