COSI on Wheels energizes science education at Austinburg Elementary School

AUSTINBURG TOWNSHIP - Columbus-based Center of Science and Industry’s traveling laboratory, COSI on Wheels, rolled into Austinburg Elementary last week providing students in kindergarten through sixth grade with a whole new perspective on the natural world and sharing the science of the outdoors through their Exploring Ecology program.

GENEVA-ON-THE-LAKE – In the fall of 2019, Geneva-on-theLake will welcome Hearthside Grove Lake Erie, a Class A Motor Coach living experience at 6300 Lake Road West, once home to the Deer Lake Golf Course.
The land has been vacant for over a decade, and after camping for the majority of his life, managing partner Eric Frantz decided to take a leap of faith after vacationing in 2017 at Hearthside Grove in Petoskey, Michigan.

HARPERSFIELD TOWNSHIP – After enduring over 16 years of domestic abuse, local author Sara Frank has published two books that encompass the pain, confusion and growth she experienced to reach those who have experienced or are experiencing domestic violence and help raise awareness on the number of people that are affected.
