Happy Hearts Levy Back on May Ballot

 At their respective meetings last month, Conneaut Area City Schools Board of Education and the Buckeye Local Schools Board of Education approved a resolution to put the 1.5-mill “Happy Hearts” levy back on the May, 2019, primary election ballot.

Snow, rain, heat, or gloom of night may not stay the U.S. Postal Service from the swift completion of its appointed rounds, but snow and ice forced the cancellation of the city’s Veterans Day parade and moved Sunday morning’s ceremony indoors.

First UCC Hosts Holiday DInner, Concert Dec. 1
