CONNEAUT – The city’s biggest tourist draw – Lake Erie – has turned into a monster this spring, its near record-breaking levels wreaking havoc on boat docks and threatening to interrupt the flow of the city’s drinking water.

When the Kingsville Public Library learned it was to receive a gift of 100 new children’s books from the Brownstone Book Fund in New York City, it was forced to swing into action and create a space to hold them.

Buckeye Schools Honor Students of the Month of March

Ashtabula County Family Y Executive Director Trevor Sprague repeated the honor March 19 of presenting Buckeye Local Schools Student of the Month awards to one student from each of the four Buckeye school buildings who excel in outstanding character in teamwork, attendance, behavior, persistence in academics and all-around helpfulness to others.
