Husted Praises Support for Innovation, Workforce Initiatives in Ohio Budget

Raise the Wage Act would help 1.8 million Ohioans

July 18 - Today, for the first time in over a decade, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to increase the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, index the wage to inflation, and to eliminate the sub-minimum wage paid to workers who earn tips, workers under age 20, and workers with disabilities.
